Residents in a historically Black community in Camden County were upset after racist graffiti was discovered on a fence at a woman's home, officials said. The incident happened in a neighborhood in Lawnside, according to a statement by the Camden County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Congressman Donald Norcross's is being treated for dehydration after he collapsed during a Labor Day speech, his office said. The scary incident happened Friday, Sept. 1, at the annual wreath-laying ceremony at the Peter J. McGuire memorial in Pennsauken — Norcross' 1st Congressional District. As Gov.
