The mother of New Jersey rock and roll icon Jon Bon Jovi has died, according to an obituary. Carol Bongiovi died at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch on Tuesday, July 9, her obituary said. A cause of death was not given for the 83-year-old who was three days away from her 84th birthday.
