Support is on the rise for a 25-year-old Atlantic County man and former US Navy sailor who was left with critical injuries in a hit-and-run crash, which also killed his dog. Syed Hoque and his dog, Duca, were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday, Nov. 30, in Absecon, authorities said. Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in an Atlantic County crash this weekend as a 59-year-old man. Joseph Stetser, of Absecon, was ejected from his 2006 Harley Davidson after hitting a guardrail on East Moss Mill Road near Sander Place around 12:15 a.m. Sunday, June 23 in Galloway, local police said.
