'Difficult Decision:' NJ Tex-Mex Restaurant Shutters After Year In Business Jose Tejas abruptly closed one of its three New Jersey locations on Tuesday, Jan. 2 after a year in business. The Tex-Mex restaurant was at 1310 Route 73 in Mount Laurel. The company did not say why the restaurant was closed. “After great consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Mt.
