A 24-year-old bicyclist had to be airlifted to a hospital after he collided with a trash can in Warren County on the afternoon of Tuesday, Oct. 15. The crash occurred at 1:30 p.m. at Hope Road in Liberty Township, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The cyclist sustained moderate injuries after crashing into the garbage can, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.

Man Killed In Route 31 Crash After Car Overturns In Ditch: Police
A 56-year-old Columbia resident was killed in a car crash on Route 31 in Warren County on the morning of Monday, Oct. 14, authorities said. At 5:43 a.m., officers responded to the car crash where they found a Chevy Avalanche had overturned, Washington Township police said. A preliminary investigation revealed the Chevy was traveling southbound on Route 31 north when it left the roadway, striking the guardrail and bridge abutment before rolling over into a ditch, police said. A 34-year-old man had to be airlifted to a hospital in Warren County after he fell off a roof on Friday, Oct. 4, authorities said. At 2:03 p.m., officers responded to a residence on State Highway 94 in Knowlton Township, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for New Jersey State Police said. The man had sustained moderate injuries, Lebron said. He was airlifted to a local hospital for further treatment, Lebron said. His current condition is unknown.

A pair of motorcyclists were hospitalized with serious injuries when one struck the other on Route 80 in Warren County on Saturday, Oct. 5. The Kawasaki and Aprilia motorcycle were traveling east on Route 80 when the 33-year-old Aprilla operator struck the rear of the Kawasaki around 6 p.m. at milepost 12.6 in Hope Township, New Jersey State Polie Sgt. A 34-year old Warren County man was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday, Sept. 13 after pleading guilty to possessing ghost guns, authorities said. Phillipsburg Man Used 3D Printer To Manufacture Handgun, Ammo: Prosecutor
A 40-year-old Phillipsburg man is facing charges for using a 3D printer to manufacture a firearm and ammunition, authorities said. A search of Michael Weaver's home on Monday, Aug. 26, turned up two 3D printers, a 9mm handgun, thousands of rounds of multi-caliber ammunition, and equipment to manufacture such ammunition, Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione said. Weaver has been charged with manufacturing a firearm using a 3D printer; unlawful possession of a weapon; and certain person not to have a weapon or ammunition.

A crash on Route 521 in Warren County has closed all lanes on Tuesday, Aug. 13, authorities said. The crash occurred on Route 521 at Exit 12 by Dogwood Road and Blairstown Road in Hope Township, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
