Driver, 35, Found Lying Next To Crashed Mercedes Benz On Route 202 Dies: Police A 35-year-old Whippany man was killed in a car crash on Route 202 in Branchburg on Tuesday, Feb. 18, authorities said. At 10:08 p.m., officers responded to a single-car collision at Route 202 and Whiton Road and found a 2024 blue Mercedes Coupe overturned, Branchburg police said.  The driver was located lying on the ground next to the vehicle, police said. The Mercedes was travelling northbound on Route 202 when it entered the grass median and struck a drainage basin which projected the vehicle to a point where it rolled over and eventually struck a traffic light, police said. Woman Killed, Three Injured When SUV Runs Red Light In Central Jersey: Prosecutors A Kendall Park woman was killed when she was in a car that was hit by an SUV that ran a traffic light in South Brunswick, authorities said. Camden Man Sentenced In Fatal-Hit Run Crash In Central Jersey: Prosecutor A 24-year-old man from Camden has been sentenced to 11 years in New Jersey State Prison for a fatal hit-and-run crash in Middlesex County. Giovanni Gaines-Little was sentenced on Monday, July 29 in connection with a crash that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023, in South Brunswick, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone.
