Shakeem Lemach Davis of Trenton died in the shooting on Sunday, Dec. 22, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey said in a news release. An age wasn't given for Davis. Burglary Suspect Caught After Bold Jersey Shore Break-In Spree, Police Say A Neptune man was accused of trying to break into several homes and a vehicle in Spring Lake, authorities said. Edward Leo, 57, was facing eight charges in the case, the Spring Lake Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Dec. 18.
