Man Confesses To Atlantic City Hit-And-Run That Killed Woman, Prosecutors Say A Mays Landing man admitted to leaving the scene of an Atlantic City crash that killed a Pleasantville woman, authorities said. Fabian Lucas, 38, pleaded guilty on Monday, Dec. 9 to second-degree leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Atlantic City Man Who Tossed Scarred Dog Over Humane Society Fence Indicted: Prosecutors An Atlantic City man was accused of abandoning four dogs by throwing them over a Humane Society fence, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 23-year-old Jahlil McNeal on several counts of animal cruelty, witness tampering, and theft of services, the Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
