Shawn Negron, 31, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 25, the Franklin Township Police Department said in a news release. Dayshaun Brown, 19, Dies After Vineland Head-On Crash A 19-year-old man from Atlantic County has died from his injuries from a head-on crash with a pickup truck in Vineland, authorities said. Dayshaun Brown, of Minotola, died on Friday, June 14, Vineland police said on Monday, June 17. Both drivers were airlifted from the crash scene, they said.
