3-Car Crash Reported On Route 206 South Jersey (Updated) There was a three-car crash on Route 206 in Burlington County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:40 a.m. on Monday, June 24 north of Route 70 (Red Lion Circle) in Southampton, according to the NJDOT. Based on a preliminary investigation, three vehicles were traveling on Route 206 when they were involved in a rear-end collision, New Jersey State Police said. A pickup truck struck a passenger car in the rear, causing it to strike the vehicle in front of it, State Police said. Bicyclist, 14, Dies Days After Route 38 Crash, State Police Say A 14-year-old bicyclist hospitalized after being struck by an SUV in Burlington County a week ago died two days later, authorities said. The teenager was hit on the westbound side of Route 38 at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14 as he tried to cross the highway near milepost 19.1 in Southampton, New Jersey State Police said. Dump Truck Flips Injuring Driver On I-195 (Updated) There was a crash with injuries involving an overturned dump truck on Interstate 195, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 on I-195 westbound East of Exit 7 in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT. A dump truck lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a tree, and overturned, New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the dump truck was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, State Police said.  The crash remains under investigation.

Police ID 88-Year-Old Driver Killed In South Jersey Crash Police have identified the woman killed in a three-car crash in Mount Laurel last week. Patricia Pierson, 88, of Mount Laurel died of her injuries several hours after the crash at the intersection of Elbo Lane and Amaryllis Boulevard, police said. No one else was injured in the crash, which occurred at 12:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 6. No charges had been filed. The crash remains under investigation.
