Kevin Scoda, 24, of Edison, was killed in the crash on Route 72, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 23. Officers responded to the scene near milepost 24.5 at around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 20. South Jersey Man Killed When Car Crashes Into Tree A Pemberton Township man died when his car crashed into a tree in Ocean County, authorities said. Stafford Township police responded to the wreck on County Route 539 near milepost 11.5 at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 2, the department said in a news release. Investigators said 30-year-old Gogi Jailava of Browns Mills was driving south when he lost control of his 2008 Toyota Yaris. His car left the road and hit a tree. The 2023 GMC Sierra was later discovered near the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, according to Stafford Township police. On Saturday, Feb. 18, at about 8:15 p.m., Stafford police received a call from Barlow GMC car dealership that a car had not been returned from a morning test drive. Convicted NJ Sex Offender Photographed Child In Costco Bathroom: Police A convicted sex offender has been arrested for photographing a child under a Costco bathroom stall, authorities said. On April 22, at 5:21 p.m., Stafford police responded to Costco Wholesale, at 219 Stafford Park Boulevard, for a report of a suspicious person. Police met with a complainant who said his 7-year-old child had been photographed by the man. An on-scene investigation revealed that the suspect had been involved in previous incidents at Costco.
