Alleged Teen Killer From Botched Philly Carjacking Arrested By Marshals A 15-year-old boy accused of killing a man who tried to intervene in a South Philadelphia carjacking was captured by US Marshals in Camden, New Jersey on Monday, Aug. 7.  Rasheed Banks Jr. was arrested by the Marshals Service's New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, authorities said.  The teen was sought by Philadelphia police for the July 12 shooting death of 50-year-old Michael Salerno, Daily Voice reported.  Investigators believe Salerno was trying to stop Banks Jr. and two other suspects from stealing a woman's car on the 1100 block of Porter Street.  Surveillance footage …
