Teen Bicyclist Critically Hurt In South Jersey A 14-year-old bicyclist from Pleasantville was critically hurt in a collision with a vehicle, authorities said. The crash occurred on Saturday, Nov. 5 at about 6 p.m. on Ocean Heights Avenue at a bike path, Somers Point police said. The youth was taken to Atlanticare Trauma Center and then airlifted to Cooper Trauma Center. The vehicle was driven by Tia Coppin, 25, of Atlantic City, police said. Police said speed was not a factor in the collision, and no summonses had been issued.
