A major retailer primarily located in malls and headquartered in Pennsylvania is set to close all 543 of its stores following its third Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. The owner of a gas station in Virginia was busted with more than $175,000 of suspicious cash after narcotics detectives from the Bergen County prosecutor's office stopped him, authorities said. Sumit Balmukund Pandya, 50, of Richmond was charged with money laundering and sent to the Bergen County Jail following the traffic stop in Ridgefield Park. New Jersey State Police have arrested a Virginia man wanted in a fatal shooting, authorities said. The 27-year-old man was arrested in Middlesex County, they said. Gerard Roane, of Richmond, VA, was wanted for allegedly shooting and killing a man in Richmond on May 16, State Police said.
