Two South Jersey Men Arrested In Drug-Dealing Investigation Two Egg Harbor City men were arrested after police found them with drugs and two guns with high-capacity magazines, authorities said. Egg Harbor City police said 53-year-old Victor Martinez and 47-year-old Ramon Valentin III were arrested on Thursday, Feb. 29. Their arrests come as part of an ongoing investigation into drugs sold in the city. Officers executed a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of London Avenue.
