Human Remains Found On Jersey Shore Identified: Prosecutor Human remains discovered last month in Ocean County have been identified, authorities said. The remains discovered in Plumsted Towns have been positively identified as those of Joseph Izquierdo, 37, of Egg Harbor, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer  On April 9, the Plumsted police received a 911 call about human remains foiund in a wooded area approximately one-quarter mile from Route 528, Billhimer said.
