School Bus Ride Turns Deadly: Nurse Charged In Death Of NJ 19-Year-Old Disabled Man A 29-year-old licensed nurse has been arrested following the death of a disabled man after a school bus ride in Morris County, authorities said. Emelio J. Rivera, of Carlstadt, was charged with second-degree endangerment and neglect of a disabled person, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said Thursday, Nov. 2. The charges stem from an East Hanover incident on Friday, Feb. 10 in which the victim, Matthew Rossi, 19, had just arrived home on his school bus. Howard of Lawrenceville also is a suspect in an earlier break-in at a jewelry store in Chatham, Madison police said. His age was not released. NJ Celebrity Hairstylist Charged With Trafficking Child Porn, Worked On 'Mrs. Maisel,' More A Bergen County hairstylist to the stars is charged with trafficking more than 450 child sex abuse images, authorities said. Daniel Koye, 40, of Rutherford, was seized by Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents on Jan. 28 in Atlanta after detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office obtained a warrant for his arrest, they said.
