Man, 38, Dies Of Injuries From Camden Shooting: Prosecutor
A 38-year-old Camden man died Friday Dec. 15 from injuries sustained in a shooting three weeks earlier, authorities said. On Nov. 20, at 9:08 p.m., Camden County Police responded to Hunter Drive after receiving a 911 call for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The man, who was later identified as Anthony Young, 38, was transported to Cooper University Hospital. A 42-year-old man from Camden has been arrested for the fatal shooting of another man in September, authorities said. Jaffar Muhammad was charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses in the fatal shooting of Alberto DeJesus, 31, of Camden, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C.
