South Jersey Sports Coach Touched Child Inappropriately: Report
A sports coach from Gloucester County faces new charges of sexual assault on a child, NJ Advance Media reports. Frank L. Natanni, 41, of Washington Township, lived near the child and was the victim’s sports coach, the outlet said, quoting the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. The original criminal complaint in 2020 said that the coach would hug, kiss and cuddle the victim and that Natanni sent text messages referencing sex, the outlet said. 18-Year-Old Man Sentenced In South Jersey Shooting
An 18-year-old man from Gloucester County was sentenced to seven years in New Jersey state prison in connection with a shooting, authorities said. On Tuesday, Sept. 27, Swedesboro resident Noah Hess was sentenced subject to the No Early Release Act, whereby the defendant must serve 85% of his sentence prior to becoming eligible for parole, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office. Glassboro Public Schools Locked Down
UPDATED: All Glassboro Public Schools were reported to be locked down during a police investigation, authorities said. Glassboro Police confirmed a shelter-in-place was lifted by early afternoon Thursday, Sept. 22. An undisclosed threat was made to one of the schools, police said, without naming which one. A 25-year-old South Jersey man was sentenced to time behind bars for trying to purchase sexual images from a 12-year-old Massachusetts girl, authorities said. Nicholas D. A 68-year-old man from Gloucester County has been charged with murder after running over a pedestrian after an earlier fight with his van, killing him, NJ Advance Media reported.
