South Jersey is mourning a devoted father and football coach who died in a motorcycle accident.
Jason Paul Crowder, of Winslow Township, died in the accident on Saturday, July 8, his obituary says. He was 30.
Born in Vineland, Jason grew up in Hammonton, where he played basketball and football before graduating from Hammonton High School in 2011.
An avid sportsman, Jason volunteered as a football coach for the Hammonton Hawks and the Hamilton Knights Organizations and played softball with the Hammonton Rec. League. He was also a member of the Wheels of Soul Nation.

Kelce, a center for the Philadelphia Eagles, hosted his third annual Jersey Shore fundraiser for the Eagles Autism Foundation on Wednesday, June 28 at Ocean Drive in Sea Isle City, raising more than $380,000 for the charity.
Kelce, who was joined by his brother Travis, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, won a beer-chugging contest, defeating a Philadelphia radio host by chugging a 30 oz. beer in 5.7 seconds.

Cape May Couple Loses Apartment In Fire, Brewery Fundraiser Planned
Support is growing for a Cape May couple who lost all their belongings in a fire.
The fire broke out Sunday, June 4 in an apartment below Liz Flack and her boyfriend, Jake Hauser.
They weren't home at the time, but their two dogs, Philip and Travis, had to be rescued by neighbors and firefighters kicking in doors.
A fundraiser for the couple will be held Friday, June 9, at 4 p.m., at Cape May Brewery in Rio Grande, according to a GoFundMe page.

A motorcyclist from the Jersey Shore is clinging to life after a crash last month, loved ones say.
Rob McCabe has endured multiple surgeries following the April 15 crash, in which he was airlifted to Temple University Hospital Intensive Burn Care Center in PA, where he remains in the ICU, according to a GoFundMe page for his family.
In addition to burns, he suffered three broken ribs, a punctured lung, a fractured elbow, stitches, a torn rotator cuff, and a partially collapsed lung, according to Ann Estelle, of Toms River, the campaign founder.
