A man wanted for robbery and aggravated assault was found with a loaded gun in Atlantic City, authorities said. Ronald Johnson, 40, of Atlantic City, was arrested on Friday, Apr. 12 after officers saw Johnson on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Apr. 18. A fugitive wanted in the Philadelphia area for more than five years was caught in Atlantic County, authorities said. Nyieem Ruff, 44, of Philadelphia, was arrested on Saturday, Mar. 23, the Brigantine Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, Apr. 2. Atlantic City police found a wanted man who had a stolen gun and ecstasy, authorities said. Hakim Clark, 33, of Atlantic City, was arrested on Friday, Mar. 8, the city's police department said in a news release on Tuesday, Mar. 12. A fugitive from Brooklyn was rescued from the ocean and then arrested in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Tuesday, May 2, at 4:47 p.m., Officer Salvatore Rando Jr. was flagged down by a boardwalk ambassador in reference to a male that appeared to be in distress.
