The 19-year-old inmate from Essex County was left permanently blind in one eye and has psychological problems due to the attack at the Juvenile Medium Security Facility (JMSF) in Fieldsboro on Aug. 4, 2022, according to the lawsuit filed on Tuesday, July 2 in Supreme Court in Mercer County. Teenager Arrested In Fatal Mercer County Shooting: Prosecutor A Burlington County teenager has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Mercer County, authorities said. Joshua Davis, 18, of Fieldsboro, is charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri. Davis was taken into custody without incident Wednesday, May 17, in Mount Laurel, Onofri said. Hamilton police officers responded to a shooting in progress in the 4900 block of S.
