Woman, 78, Struck By Pickup, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Police
An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed while crossing a road on Veterans Day, authorities said. Sharon Parker, 78, died in the crash on Monday, Nov. 11, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to Tilton Road near the intersection with Goldenrod Lane at around 5:59 p.m. Investigators said a 2015 Ford F-150 was traveling north on Tilton Road. PA Man Killed, Driver Airlifted In Crash On Jersey Shore Road: Troopers
A northeast Pennsylvania man was dead and another man was airlifted after a head-on crash on the Jersey Shore, officials said. Thomas Grau, 55, of Falls, PA, died in the crash in Dennis Township on Tuesday, Oct. 15, a New Jersey State Police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the scene on Route 47 South just south of Tyler Road near milepost 18.8. at around 12:28 p.m. Investigators said Grau was driving north in a Toyota Prius when he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming Nissan Pathfinder. Tesla Driver Killed In Fiery South Jersey Crash, Police Say
A Tesla driver was killed in an early morning crash near Mays Landing, authorities said. Hamilton Township police responded to the single-car wreck on Mays Landing Somers Point Road near the intersection with Ocean Heights Avenue at around 1:35 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18. Investigators said a 2024 Tesla SUV Model Y left the road, crashed into several trees, and caught fire. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. An Egg Harbor Township man was killed in an early morning crash, authorities said. Jose Catalan, 87, died in the crash on Monday, May 6 at the intersection of Delaware and Fernwood avenues, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Seven people were injured when a New Jersey Transit bus crashed in an Atlantic County shopping mall parking lot, authorities said. Egg Harbor Township police responded to the crash in the parking lot of Harbor Square on Black Horse Pike at around 9:59 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 11, the department said in a news release. Atlantic City will be able to hire 30 new police officers thanks to a $3.75 million federal COPS grant, officials said.
