Gang Member Gets Prison Time For Possessing Handgun In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 22-year-old man from Atlantic City was sentenced to seven years in New Jersey State Prison for possessing a loaded handgun and other crimes, authorities said. Altarik Hopkins was additionally sentenced on Monday, Dec. 4 for resisting arrest by flight and obstructing the administration of law, according to the Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office.
