Man With Gun Tried To Steal Mother's Car With Child In Backseat In Atlantic City: Police An Atlantic City man was accused of trying to steal a mother's car while she was inside it with her child, authorities said. Tuwan Gainer, 31, was arrested on Saturday, May 25, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. The woman stopped an officer to report the attempted carjacking at around 1:10 a.m. Investigators said Gainer approached her car with a gun near the intersection of Bellevue and Pacific avenues.
