Man Tosses Gun Onto Roof During Atlantic City Foot Chase: Police A 23-year-old man from Atlantic City was arrested after a foot chase with police during which he tossed a gun on a rooftop, authorities said. On Friday, March 31, at about 5:15 p.m., Atlantic City police officers Adrian Nunez-Santos and Riley Flynn were patrolling the 500 block of north South Carolina Avenue when they observed Michael Aybar-Fernandez standing in front of an apartment building.
