Monroeville Man Killed

A Gloucester County man was killed after his car crashed into the Delaware River in Salem County, authorities said.

The 23-year-old man from Monroeville died in the crash at Industrial Park Road and Riviera Drive at about 8 a.m. Saturday, April 13, Pennsville Township police said.

His name had not been released.

First responders found the vehicle overturned in the river.
