Police Remind Public Of Underage Weekend Ban At Deptford Mall A Deptford Mall policy requiring parents and chaperones to accompany children under 18 on weekend nights has drawn new attention after police issued a reminder on Facebook last weekend. "These rules will be STRICTLY enforced," police wrote in the post. Nothing prompted the reminder of the Gloucester County mall’s parental escort policy, said Deptford Mall General Manager Frank Lucia.
