Buildings were being evacuated and detours were in place in the area of Route 73 and Brick Road, Evesham Police Chief Walt Miller said on Facebook at about noon on Thursday, June 27. “We ask the public to plan extra travel time in this area and to be patient as we navigate this situation," Miller said. “Our goal is to ensure public safety in this area, while we investigate this situation and find a resolution to the threat.”
