Jersey Shore Man Convicted Of Threatening To Kill Man, Possessing Fentanyl A Toms River man has been convicted about a year and a half after he punched another man and pulled a gun on him, authorities said. A jury found 37-year-old Raphael Powell guilty of seven charges on Wednesday, Jan. 10, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced. Powell was accused in an incident in Toms River on Saturday, July 2, 2022.
