Tommy's Tavern + Tap Opening New Restaurant In South Jersey Tommy's Tavern + Tap is expanding in South Jersey. The restaurant chain is taking over the former TGI Friday's building in the Centerton Square shopping center in Mount Laurel. The restaurant is expected to open later this month. Tim Selcov, CEO of Triple T Hospitality Group that operates Tommy's restaurants across the state, said, "Tommy's is the crowd pleaser. We do a lot; but we do a lot great.
