An associate business professor at Kutztown University has died after he and another man's bodies were found frozen on one of the tallest mountains in Turkey last weekend, according to university administrators and local news reports. Vacationers can set sail to Bermuda from the Port of Philadelphia beginning in 2026. PhilaPort on the Delaware River will serve as the home port for Norwegian Cruise Line's Norweigan Jewel, according to port management. Details have been released in a crash that caused serious delays along the Garden State Parkway on one of the busiest travel times of the year. Bomb Threat At South Jersey Business Closes Route 73 (

Part of Route 73 in Evesham was closed after police received a report of a bomb placed at an unidentified business, authorities said. Buildings were being evacuated and detours were in place in the area of Route 73 and Brick Road, Evesham Police Chief Walt Miller said on Facebook at about noon on Thursday, June 27. “We ask the public to plan extra travel time in this area and to be patient as we navigate this situation," Miller said. “Our goal is to ensure public safety in this area, while we investigate this situation and find a resolution to the threat.”

Gun Seizures Surge At NYC Airports
Screeners at New York City airports caught travelers with an average of a gun a week last year, the TSA reported. The 51 handguns seized by Transportation Security Administration officers last year were 30% more than the 39 in 2022, the agency said on Wednesday, Jan. 10. "Each of the firearms were discovered by TSA officers during the routine screening of carry-on property at airport security checkpoints," TSA Spokeswoman Lisa Farbstein said. Kayla Clayton, a New Jersey native who relocated to the Washington DC area, died on Oct. 10 at 31 years old. A cause of death was not listed, however, her obituary on the Lawson Funeral Home website notes that Kayla "fought a good fight."
