After years of debating, two of Philadelphia's major sports teams will have a new arena not too far from their current home. The new arena for the Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers will be in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, which is also where they currently play in the Wells Fargo Center. Housing Development Aims To Revitalize 'Pretty Desolate' Part Of Atlantic City
A project is aiming to bring more affordable housing to an underdeveloped area of Atlantic City, officials said. Construction crews are building four multi-family homes in a development in the Southeast Inlet called Lighthouse Row. The $4 million project is in a previously vacant lot off South New Hampshire Avenue between Atlantic and Pacific avenues.
