A New Jersey marching band director and teacher's aide accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has had her license revoked by the state's Board of Examiners, authorities announced. Michelle Jacoby, 27, who worked at Riverside High School before her arrest for aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment, was dealt another blow to her career after agreeing to relinquish her license. An MBA fellow at Rowan University has designed an app to enhance the security of students at the Glassboro campus. Siena Rampulla was a victim of an off-campus break-in in March 2022, as reported by Daily Voice. Jorge L. Navaheredia, 29, of Sicklerville, had broken into several women's homes including Rampulla's, according to Glassboro police. He was caught hiding under a kitchen sink with panties, police said. Students at a Jersey Shore high school have been pretending they are assassins as a senior prank, authorities said. But in one case, a "senior assassin" went to the wrong address to shoot another student with a water pistol, according to Holmdel police. The person who wrote racial slurs on the dorm room door of a black student at Rowan University has been charged with harassment and banned from campus, officials said. In this message to the university, Rowan President Ali A. Houshmand said investigators identified two people involved in the incident at Holly Pointe Commons. They were visitors, not Rowan students, he said. Details Released In Barnegat HS Bathroom Stabbing
A Barnegat High School student was stabbed during a bathroom fight early Friday, May 27, authorities said. The school was put in a shelter in place as officials worked to break up the fight at 7:48 a.m., Barnegat police said. The student treated for non-life threatening injuries and an edged weapon was recovered, authorities said.
