Fugitive Surrenders To South Jersey Police After Hours Of Negotiations A fugitive surrendered to police in Camden County after several hours of negotiations, authorities said. Samad Searles-Bevans, 49, of Clementon was later charged with obstruction of justice, contempt of court and numerous motor vehicle violations, Gloucester Township police said.
