The ticket earned a $150,000 prize in the drawing on Monday, Nov. 18. The winning numbers were 27, 31, 41, 52, and 69. The Powerball number was 26 and the Power Play multiplier was three. Toms River Heroin Dealer Pleads Guilty A Toms River man admitted to selling heroin throughout Ocean County, authorities said. Zachary Lockwood, 25, pleaded guilty on Monday, Feb. 12, to possession of one-half ounce or more of heroin with intent to distribute, being a certain person not to possess a weapon, and resisting arrest, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced. Witty Jr. 39 of Toms River, died at about 5:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 16, while crossing Route 37, Toms River police said. He was not in a crosswalk when he was struck, police said. Police were dispatched to Route 37 east and Marian Street, in reference to a man wandering in the street in the westbound lanes. Crystal Calpin, 29, of Toms River was driving west on Route 37 at Oak Ridge Parkway when she collided with another car at 8:56 a.m. Monday, Toms River police said.
