The forecast track has shifted for Hurricane Debby, which is set to pass through northern Maryland and Pennsylvania, and drop torrential rain on surrounding areas late this week. What could be one of the most active hurricane seasons ever now has its first named storm. Tropical Storm Alberto formed late Wednesday morning, June 19 as it moved across the western Gulf of Mexico. A coastal storm system will bring a mix of showers, rain, drenching downpours, and gusty winds to much of the region.
