Christopher Bezaire, who pleaded guilty to charges of stalking a former girlfriend and contempt of court, told the outlet that he resigned from the council last November. The invasion of privacy charge involves an allegation he knowingly disclosed intimate or sexual material of a person without their consent, according to court records.
