Steven, Billy Van Zandt Honored With Street Renamed In Central Jersey Hometown
Two brothers known for their artistic talents and passions were honored in their Monmouth County hometown with a street dedicated to them. Middletown officially renamed Wilson Avenue as Van Zandt Way, in honor of musician Steven Van Zandt and playwright Billy Van Zandt. Garden State Parkway Service Area Renamed After Frank Sinatra
The Atlantic Service Area on the Garden State Parkway in Galloway has been renamed in honor of Frank Sinatra, a native of Hoboken, according to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. The name change became official on Thursday, April 21 when “Frank Sinatra Service Area” signs were installed on the Parkway. Gov. Phil Murphy announced last year that Parkway service areas would be renamed to honor New Jersey Hall of Fame inductees in the arts, entertainment, and sports.
