The National Weather Service issued the coastal flood warning in Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean counties at 6 a.m. on Monday, Mar. 25. Tractor-Trailer Crashes On NJ Turnpike (Developing) A tractor-trailer crashed on the New Jersey Turnpike near Interstate 195 in Mercer County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11 a.m. on Monday, March 11 on the outer roadway southbound near Interchange 7A in Robbinsville, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. The driver of the Peterbilt tractor-trailer lost directional control, running off the roadway right and into an embankment, according to New Jersey State Police. There were no injuries, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.

Hamilton officers were called to a disturbance on the 1800 block of Orchard Avenue around 2:20 a.m. when the gunman opened fire on the officers, the department said. The injured officer was taken to CHS-Fuld and is expected to survive. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey Attorney General's Office are investigating this incident.
