A Maryland ex-con was arrested again after police found videos that showed him performing sex acts on his dogs, and child porn that showed children engaging in sex acts with animals, authorities said. An investigation into Jason Havelt, 42, of Ijamsville, began last November, when authorities were tipped off to animal abuse and cruelty, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office said. A 20-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing his stepfather to death over the weekend in Maryland, according to authorities and NBC Washington. Sergio Elysee Koyangbo has been accused of stabbing 46-year-old David Beasley, in the 5600 block of Lambeth Road around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, Montgomery County police said. A New Jersey man admitted that he sent racist texts to a Maryland woman threatening to hurt her and her family, federal authorities said.
