International Probe Leads To South Jersey Man's Arrest On Child Pornography Charges: Report An investigation by Australian Federal Police led to the arrest of a South Jersey man on child porn charges, NJ Advance Media reports. Carlos A. Castro Jr., 37, of Vineland, allegedly shared sexually explicit images of a child on social media, the outlet said. An investigation involving the US Department of Homeland Security showed Castro uploaded photos of the victim to a group chat on instant messaging app Kik, the outlet said.
