6 Teenagers Arrested In Atlantic City Carjackings: Police The Atlantic City Police Department arrested six juveniles and charged them with carjacking and other related offenses following two separate incidents, authorities said. On Nov. 29, at 8:56 p.m., patrol officers responded to the beach block of south Raleigh Avenue in reference to a carjacking. Officers located the victim, 68, of Atlantic City, suffering from injuries sustained during the incident. The victim was assaulted by a group of males who stole the victim’s car.
