Parents, Students Arrested After Brawl At South Jersey High School Two parents and two students were arrested after a brawl at Highland Regional High School in Camden County, authorities said. Brianne Mitchell, 41, of Clementon, and Krystal Turner, 38, of Blackwood, are both facing charges following the fight that broke out Wednesday, March 20, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Gloucester Township police said.
