Two women ages 21 and 22 were killed and multiple others injured in a four-vehicle crash on Black Horse Pike in Atlantic County Friday, July 26, multiple news reports say.
According to 6abc and NJ Advance Media, 21-year-old Escarlin Suriel of Atlantic City, and 22-year-old Gabriella Constrantino, of Pleasantville, both died in the incident at approximately 8:30 p.m. on the 8000 block of the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township.

Scrap Metal Company VP, 24, Killed In Jersey Shore Weekend Crash
The vice president of a scrap metal company died in a crash in Ocean County, authorities said.
Kevin Scoda, 24, of Edison, was killed in the crash on Route 72, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 23. Officers responded to the scene near milepost 24.5 at around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.
Investigators said Scoda's 2023 Chevrolet Corvette collided with a 2018 Subaru while traveling east on Route 72. Scoda's sports car went off the road, crashed into a utility pole, and caught fire.

Firefighters Battle Overnight Blaze In South Jersey (Photos)
An overnight fire heavily damaged a home in Gloucester County, authorities said.
The fire broke out at about 1 a.m. Friday, July 5 on the 1000 Block of Lindberg Drive near Delsea Drive in Deptford, according to Union Fire Co. #1.
Units responding included: Squad 921, Engine 942, Engine 931, Ladder Tower 926, Ladder Tower 936, Engine 933, Engine 911, Utility 947, Ladder 516, Engine 934, RIT Team 736 and RIT Team 812.
A passerby reported the house on fire, officials said.

A Manchester Township man admitted to an antisemitic crime spree, including arson and spray painting Nazi symbols on homes, authorities said.
Ron Carr, 35, pleaded guilty on Thursday, June 20 to arson, bias intimidation, and two counts of criminal mischief. Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced the plea deal in a news release on Friday, June 21.

Mall Fire Spurs South Jersey Homeschool Association's Likely Move, Campaign Says
A fire at the Voorhees Town Center on Friday, April 19, has prompted the South Jersey Homeschool Association to look for a new home, according to a campaign devoted to the cause.
The association estimates it needs $60,000 to clean up soot and smoke damage, replace unusable items, for legal costs and to secure a new location pending negotiations with the landlord.
