Feds Charge Burlco Man, PA Brother In Assault Of News Reporter At Capitol Riot Two brothers from Pennsylvania and New Jersey are facing federal charges for assaulting a news reporter during the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Riot, federal officials announced Thrusday on Thursday, Sept. 12 Philip Walker, 52, of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, and David Walker, 49, of Delran, New Jersey, are both charged in a criminal complaint for alleged violent conduct, including assault and robbery, committed during the breach of the U.S. Capitol, the DOJ said. IT'S Over: New Jersey Fugitive Wanted By FBI In Jan. 6 Capitol Attack Surrenders A two-day search for a man wanted by federal authorities in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot has surrendered, police said. Gregory Yetman, of Helmetta, turned himself in to authorities, Jamesburg police said on Friday, Nov. 10. Yetman fled into the woods at approximately 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, after authorities tried to serve him with a federal arrest warrant on Main Street in Helmetta, Jamesburg police said. Schools in Jamesburg and Spotswood were put in a shelter-in-place. It wasn't immediately clear which charges he is facing.
