South Jersey Police Arrest Suspected Hit-Run Driver Police in Gloucester Township have arrested a suspected hit-and-run driver, authorities said The fatal crash occurred on Monday, Nov. 7, at approximately 10:28 p.m. in the 800 block of the Black Horse Pike. Police found a pedestrian, Elaine J. Hubler, 58, of Hilltop, laying in the roadway. It was determined she was attempting to cross the roadway when the driver of a dark-colored vehicle struck her. The driver of the striking vehicle then fled the scene, without stopping to render aid or call 9-1-1, police said. The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries…
