Woman, 3 Kids Started Brawl At South Jersey Cinema That Hospitalized 3 Others: Police An Atlantic City woman and three children were accused of assaulting four people at a Mays Landing movie theater, authorities said. Kierra McQueen, 32, was arrested and charged with simple assault, the Township of Hamilton Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Aug. 28.  Officers responded to a report of a large fight at Regal Hamilton Commons at around 8:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Investigators said McQueen and the children assaulted four people, including a cinema employee.  Three victims were brought to a hospital for their injuries. …

Video On Murder Victim's Phone Helps Police Nab His Philadelphia Killer: DA Authorities have arrested the man they say was caught on video fatally shooting another in Norristown.  Eugene Ware, 41, of Philadelphia, is charged with the murder of 35-year-old Tyrone Guy on West Main Street late on Monday, Nov. 21.  He was taken into custody in Bucks County early on Wednesday, Nov. 30, after a "brief standoff" at a home in Sellersville, officials said.  As Daily Voice has reported, detectives wrote in the criminal complaint against Ware that they found Guy's phone on the ground, recording a video, at the scene of the crime.
