5,000 Blank Covid-19 Vaccination Cards Stolen From Philadelphia Clinic: Report Approximately 5,000 blank COVID-19 vaccination cards and an unknown amount of PPE were stolen from a Philadelphia clinic, 6abc reports. The cards and N95 masks were being stored inside of a staff-only storage room at Pennsylvania Hospital on South 8th Street, the outlet says. Establishments where customers can sit and eat or drink must require proof of vaccine for entry beginning Jan. 3, 2022. Employees and children ages 5 years and 3 months through 11 years old will be required to have one dose of COVID vaccine by Jan. 3 and to complete their vaccine series by Feb. 3.
