13 Wildwood Retailers Busted Selling Illegal Flavored Vape Products, AG Says
Nineteen retailers across New Jersey are facing $4,500 after an investigation found they'd been selling flavored vape products banned in the Garden State, the NJ Attorney General's Office said. All 19 stores were issued a Notice of Violation after they were found to have violated the state's consumer protection laws, AG Matthew Platkin said. Hospitalizations have led a New York-based company to recall its packages of soft-serve ice cream — in 19 states, according to the Food and Drug Administration. Two people have reported becoming ill in New York and Pennsylvania after consuming Soft Serve On The Go by Real Kosher Ice Cream of Brooklyn, NY, according to the FDA recall notice issued on Aug. 9. Wawa Closes 2 Philadelphia Stores, Amends Hours In Bucks County Locations Due To Crime
Wawa convenience stores in Bucks County are reducing their night time hours and two Philadelphia stores have closed in response to a perceived increase in crime, multiple outlets report. The Wawa locations in Northampton and Lower Southampton will no longer be open from midnight to 5 a.m., a representative for the chain said, according to reports.
